The Website and its associated services allow you to donate or raise funds for any cause. We do not represent or condone any cause or charity or indeed check the validity of any cause or charity. It is your responsibility as a donor, to check the validity of any cause or charity before making any donation. Causes are listed on this Website at our discretion; however, we are not responsible for the activities of any Cause or any cause purporting to be a charity.
Donations
Once your donation is made it will only be refunded to you with the prior written consent of the Cause or Charity to whom it has been directed.
We will process your donation via the payment method used at the time of donating. NOTE: no donations will be refunded for any reason, unless unauthorised use of your payment card or other payment method can be proved. If we are unable to transfer the funds to the Cause to which you donated, we may donate your payment to another Cause, subject to the deduction of applicable transaction and payment processing fees.
Use of donations and money raised
We do not represent or warrant that your donations will be used for any particular purpose and shall not be responsible for any dissatisfaction you may have regarding a Cause’s use of any donation you may make through our Website. After donations are made, any further dealings are solely between you and the cause to which you donated. We reserve the right to use donations, in part or in full, to help support and maintain the Website and its services. These services may include offers which donating4u have on occasions, such as shoes or coaching services for runners.
Minimum amount of money raised.
There is no minimum amount to be raised for any cause or charity, you may raise as much or as little as you wish.
If you wish to receive one or more of the offers on the website, you must raise a minimum of double the amount of such an offer received. If you do not raise the agreed amount we will use our own discretion to determine if the offer is still viable. This decision is final and you will not be able to claim against donating4u, for loss of any value.
If the relevant Cause to which you have made a donation is no longer receiving donations, we may donate your payment to another worthy cause of our choice.
Please note that recipient organisations reserve the right to use your donation for any purpose. We shall have no liability to donors whatsoever for any use or misuse of donations made via this website. Although it may be stated your donation is only for specific purposes, we cannot guarantee that it will be used for such purposes. It is your sole responsibility, as a user of this website, to check where or for what specific purpose your donation will be used.
Unauthorised donations
When you make a donation, the transaction is final and not disputable unless unauthorised use of your payment card or other payment method is proved. Please note: We will never email or phone you and ask you to provide all of your payment details. It is your responsibility to protect your personal information and your account.

Prior to commencing a fundraising activity, It is your responsibility to ensure that the benefitting Cause has no objection to the nature of the proposed activity. We reserve the right, at our absolute discretion and without notice, to cancel any fundraising at the request of the a beneficiary

- You have authority to fundraise for your cause or donating4u.com has the authority to fundraise on your behalf
Minimum age
If you are under the age of 16, you are not authorised to use any of our Websites or pages for fundraising. If you are between 16 and 18 years of age, then you may only use the Website with your parent’s or guardian’s approval.
Licence of Trademark and Copyrighted Material
You hereby grant to us, all trademarks and any copyrighted material on your page (including images and videos or any link to the same) solely in connection with the Website and associated services and its operation and promotion and for no other purpose whatsoever.
Special Offers
We may from time to time, offer incentives for people or groups to sign up and raise funds on our platform. The incentive is not part of and is exclusive of any fees associated with the our platform.
- You may only apply for one incentive per person
- Special offers are only available at the time of the offer and cannot be claimed retrospectively.
- If we offer incentives for people to sign up and raise funds on the website, such as running shoes or any other item. The person / persons claiming such offers, must first raise money which is equal or higher than the incentive gift. For example if a person wishes to claim 100 pounds for a pair of running shoes, then that person has to raise a minimum of 100 pounds plus any addition costs of postage, through their fundraising pages.
